A mother-of-two has joined Coffee Industry Corporation (CIC) as Company Secretary.

Mrs Wilma Banake-Agusave, a University of PNG Law School graduate in 2005 with a Bachelor of Law Degree commenced duty as of Monday 25 January, 2016.
Mrs Banake-Agusave, aged 33, has eight years’ experience in the legal profession while working for the Public Solicitors Office and also with the Solicitor General Office. Prior to her appointment she was Solicitor In-charge or Principle Legal Officer for Solicitor General Office in Goroka, Eastern Highlands Province.
Mrs Banake-Agusave has wealth of experience and CIC is confident in her appointment. 
Meanwhile the CEO’s office is confident of Mrs Banake-Agusave’s appointment and has urged the CIC management and staff to give their undivided support for the new company secretary to settle into her new role. 
Mrs Banake-Agusave takes over from former company secretary Sally Maladina who has left the Coffee Industry Cooperation.
