The Coffee Industry Corporation Ltd conferred with Statutory Functions and Powers under the Coffee Industry Corporation Act 1991 to carry out Research, Extension Services and Regulation of the Coffee Industry in PNG, wishes to inform all Licensed Coffee Dealers (Processors, Exporters, Manufacturers and Permit to build) that License for 2018 is due for renewal. You are advised to apply with appropriate fees to renew operating license for 2018.

Site Inspection to all processing, exporting, manufacturing and permit to build premises will commence on 06th to 30th November 2017. A senior management officer must be on site to receive the inspection team and provide necessary information and take the team through the facilities for inspections.
The registration and application fees under various license categories are outlined below. An application fee of K1000.00 is applied to new application seeking license.

Applications must be lodged before 30th November 2017 for registration and preparation for Board submission. Late application penalty fee will be imposed on applications submitted after 30th November 2017.
It is advisable that completed applications be issued to inspection team or hand delivered to CIC inspection office at Goroka, Mt Hagen or Lae with appropriate fees paid in full. Cash or cheque deposits can be made into CIC BSP ACCOUNT No. 1000751291 and provide deposit slips indicating company name and facility to register.
